Instant build isn't available yet (from what I can tell), but what about modding the materials.txt file to by changing all of the build/install/demolish times of all the objects to 0 (this I know works, at least for me it did), altering the speed at which the workmen move, and making it where the wo...

I am trying to make a mod where the objects do not require workman to build (as a part of a sandbox mode idea I have).
