Re: Modding question
Adding all the original items along with any new aren't the issue - it's making the new one appear ingame in the objects menu. I hope this will be a possibility eventually, as extra items would make it possible to create the "Hotel Architect" mods etc people suggest to run on the PA engine...

Re: Help a newbie out?
If you hover your mouse over the object, you can sometimes see why they refuse to do it by reading the tool tip. It can be because it's too dangerous in the area(or in an area they have to walk through to get to the destination) or because they can't reach the area for one reason or another(This par...

Re: It keeps saying "Requires Entrance"!
Yeah, but I tend to make that message go away by adding an entrance :p
Foundations occasionally stick on me as well, which is why I've made it a habit to place the door before I do the foundation, which hasn't failed yet.

Re: [Mod] Miri's Festive Mod v1 Alpha 15c
New version out. Did my best to incorporate all the wishes, but as I am no graphics artist and my drawing ability is limited mostly to stick men, I failed miserably at creating reindeer, a sleigh or antlers for the dogs in the right perspective. Sorry :( here's what I did manage: -Fixed a problem wi...

Re: Modding question
I, personally, have no issues with people adding the armoury - it would at best be a decoration, as support for it hasn't been implemented. Why would it matter? However, I was thinking more along the lines of a Christmas tree or a jukebox, but hey, I guess I'll just go the official way and make the ...

Re: Modding question
"Shouldn't"? Introversion introduces a modding system, allowing us to edit looks of objects, but would be unhappy with us adding one? I don't see the logic there. It's a mod... that's the whole point.

Modding question
Been messing around with a way to add new objects to the game, instead of replacing existing ones.
Does anyone know if it is possible to add an entirely new entry?

I'm btw still reading and taking suggestions but next version is on hold until semesters end on the 20th (I'm a teacher, crazy busy this time of year) and then I hope to have the improved version out on the 21st in the evening.

Re: Thanks for ur game
Seconded! This is about the only game I have ever encountered where I frequently (about every time an alpha is released/modded content is released) will spend several days enjoying playing. Everything else either has it's run and is then uninstalled or is played maybe once every 6 months. I think it...

Re: Prison renovation
The game unfortunately seems to think fences count as walls, and although it makes no practical difference, I tend to building foundations at night when my prisoners are sleeping so I can take down any nearby fences before placing foundations and then reattaching the fences once the foundations have...

Wow... am I the only one standing in the middle of these two positions, wondering why people are getting all worked up?
