As I am only able to run PA in safe mode, I would like to figure out if it is possible to configure the settings via preferences.txt and so to find the "bad" option, is there documentation available which might document "hidden" options?

I wanted to setup a Prison with for around 150-200 prrisoneer which clean and feed themself, but I am a bit confused how to setup the kitchen, since nobody would carry the food from the cooker to the service table.
