Don't really see a point with a gun range inside a prison :). If you wanna break the game and it seems like its intended to make the risk of failure raise allot. Well done. But i rather see you add tornados instead :P

Hi mscansian, The power switch is currently bugged to always output a true signal, therefore the AND gate will receive one true signal - and if you have no second input - it's output will be true. I agree that this patch is troublesome but for different reasons. They introduced starvation without fixing the cook AI (such as not washing trays) so that in large prisons (>400) you risk having a massive die-off. Yes i agree, also would be nice in the same procedure if you could see afterwards how a prisoner escaped, can be a red line that shows the path, or a quick replay video if you want?
