Re: [suggestion] Fast forward to next event

SimCity's fastest speed is waaaaaaaaay faster than in PA. The wait on fastest speed in The Sims (sleeping, working) is also much much shorter. Xoligy , does the following sound any better: Person1: What you playing? Person2: Prison Architecht Person1: what you do in that then? Person2: I click stuff...

Re: [suggestion] Fast forward to next event

You don't bypass anything, it only happens faster. For example. if your prisoner gets stuck in a wall he will be stuck in a wall. Doesn't matter if you notice it this instant or a game day later. What you players seem to forget is that alot of games are like this, but they make it seem like your doi...

Re: Major riot in sabrada max security prison.

The only way I managed to get a riot was sending everybody to the fenced off yard and locking it for a few days. It was quite the cage match, but at some point they stopped killing each-other and the guards had to end it.

Re: [suggestion] Fast forward to next event

OP's idea has nothing to do with your ironic suggestions. They would alter the gameplay, while his would only save the player's time. Because at the moment there are prolonged periods where you have nothing to do and nothing happens. As an added bonus, players won't get bored so fast and will play t...

Re: Suggestion: Automatic pause when Riot starts

Here is a good question for you, what games even exist that atop every time an incident occurs. Other the FTL but that game was built around the idea of stopping apron incident. I have played my RTS's, FPS's, just about any type you can think of and I do not remember such a feature ever being built...

Re: Alpha 13 PA images

The farthest right on the green section interests me the most in the UI. It looks like an icon to designate an autopsy room. It's possible that we may relatively soon be seeing the ability to solve murders. That'd make no sense for a prison. I think it is more likely that's a surgery room for treat...

I have that problem as well. In a fully staffed workshop (20) I dismantled 2 of the machines and these queued jobs stay there forever, leaving the boxes on the floor.

That's good. Somebody already floated the idea that release should happen through the holding cell as well as intake. It seems that's also the way it works in the real world : MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR LOCAL CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES CHAPTER 1400-1 (Rule 1400-1-.04, continued) November, 2004 (Revised) 9 (...

A couple more rooms and fixing multiple kitchen/canteens is necessary to have a fully built nice plot.

A lot of people take it personally if you don't play your single player sandbox game the way they do. Live and let live. Every option that makes somebody's life easier is a good option. The rest can leave it turned off.

I welcome this change as do some of the older players, i dont see the fun in making a giant holding cell just because its cheaper, and easier to win the game. You like running a Norwegian style prison, other people like it Mexican. I think holding cells are meant for exactly what OP wants to do. We...

I don't see why the clone area needs a limit. I'd like better planning tools (furniture, utilities), a way to save/load your plans and a button to build what you've drafted. It's my city builder dream that never was. There is no fun in doing the same thing over and over again. That's akin to forcing...

So, you want to reach a point where you don't need micro management? Then what do you do? Open prison architect, let it run and watch only and then quit? I think having micro management is good, without it, it's quite boring. In other games that is known as winning and you start a new map. Or expan...
