Re: Bug or not? Ex-addicts attending AA meeting

You've said that two or three times now. We get it. We aren't stupid (well, at least, I'm not---I don't want to be accused of speaking for others). The question is not that the program *is* repeatable, but whether or not is *should be* repeatable. The repeatability of the program could be considere...

Re: Bug or not? Ex-addicts attending AA meeting

So... they have to be on the program as long as they are in prison? Well, if so, this should be a Program with infinite time to accomplish, don't you think?

It still doesn't make sense to me, because the number of addicted prisoners only get higher day by day. I think it's a bug.

Re: Bug or not? Ex-addicts attending AA meeting

Well, repeatable is one thing. Have the alcohoolics or drug addictees not "healed", at least for a moment, is not ideal at all. If the reform doesn't have an effect... why should we do it?

Re: Bug or not? Ex-addicts attending AA meeting

Well, in my prison I get the inmates straight inline. The only channel they could get booze'n'drugs is through visitation, but I get a shakedown every prison night. And still those bastards crave for drugs and alcohool after one or two sessions of Methodone and/or AA. Hell, some of them even have 2 ...

Yep, got the same bug. Metadone and AA got many prisioners doing the program more than one time.

Well, new feature, new bug I guess.

Agreed. This forum have lots of suggestions. Some are not good, but there are a handful of fantastic ideas. If we could vote and list the ideas that would be great.

Re: Current Suggestions Compilation List

Double beds may not be the best solution. A Cell could hold as many inmates as it have beds, standard ones, up to a maximum defined by IV. Maybe 2, maybe 8 beds max per cell. This is totally doable since PA top down view is not that good for stacked objects (or floors).

Re: [Discussion] Improving the UI

Xander, the last UI modifications seems to me like a quick fix. They are probably postponing a definitive solution. Nonetheless, a discussion about UI is very welcome at this point. :)

Cheers,

Re: [Discussion] Improving the UI

Your option to "Organize objects in the menu by room type" is pretty good. Many games do that. It's weird that IV didn't do something like that yet.

Re: Current Suggestions Compilation List

MULTIPLE FLOORS (thanks, but no thanks) I grow tired about our weekly suggestion for multiple floors. The devs won't implement it for a number of reasons. Let's have it, shaw we: - PATHFIND: It will screw up the pathfinding, one of THE MOST CPU consuming algoriths in a game like this. Many strategy ...

Indeed. After that it could be introduced as a luxury item.

Yeap, it will be good if IV finish the contraband system. Too much loose ends as it is.
