@DzastinasLT i have also noticed this.

i have used two rough fixes.

1) send them to a cell. a guard takes them there then they go straight to work
2) dismantle the bench they're sitting on


the 2nd one is more efficient but it is annoyed and definitely needs fixing for A11

1) Prisoners assigned cleaning jobs only work if there is a janitor on your staff. One is enough i think.
