of course full max. they are the best (rather worst) as far as game experience goes....(in my opinion) as far as deaths....they cause a lot. first and foremost .... remove the dead bodies. give guards more weapons, more options (beat up, handcuff on the spot, ect.) make more ways to make money (cheating via savegame is ok, but i want something better) .... oh and yes i know there is a way to make money in alpha 9...(i just want more ways...

if you make the direct exit/entryway staff only (need to make a walled area to designate staff only), police will still escort new prisoners through it...they (prisoners) will not go through it on there own.

that remains to be seen....they haven't yet they have a way to kill them (it doesnt work yet) they have a way to keep them already (morgue slabs) but they do not have a way to get rid of them. seems to me they would have at least made a way (broken or not) to get rid of them, they thought they would...

thanks for your help (rather lack of, "pretty sure" huh, so you dont know for a fact) .... i asked that when i was away from my main computer (i.e. the computer with PA loaded on it) also i have already made a prison (full prison) and have no room to add on...other than destroy other rooms...
