A lot of placeable object are already not too happy to be placed against a wall, so I have no idea what weird moves the objects would do if you start dividing rooms with smaller walls. Maybe it would be a better idea to allow us to split the room grid. A 12x4 office grid being cut into three offices...

It's a known bug, I always have two or three idle prisoners with cuffs on. Mantis can suck, but it's the only proper way to report bugs afaik.

staff attitude: you should be able to choose a guard from a list of applicants. I can't think of another game except SWAT 2. A list of applicant with some traits, like 'violent, 'lazy', charismatic' on a scale of 1 to 5 (random generated), so you can decide what kind of overall staff attitude you ha...
