Unfortunately it is now a week since support last responded to an email from me...

Crossing fingers that this just means they've sent off the original email address I gave them from when I initially backed the game to cross-reference against backers' emails to confirm it so they can send me a key.

It's cool, we're in the same boat. I backed the game back in 2012, long before they had it on steam, so I'm still waiting for my own steam key. Message support, it's what I did. Don't expect them to get back for a few days each time, as they seem pretty busy, but they will respond eventually.

Wow. I just realised the last version I played was alpha 7...
There are.... a lot since then.
Here's hoping I can get my key soon while the latest season of OITNB is fresh in my head.

The game definitely needs more of this kind of thing. Right now prisons are so bland and empty and you have little real sense of a goal. Now rehabilitating prisoners, that's a direction it sorely needs.

Lobbyists would be an interesting type of staff for your prison corp. to hire. You could see the influence of them in prisoner biographies as greater numbers of prisoners began to be arrested and locked up for pettier and pettier crimes, it'd be a pretty solid reflection of how the industry operates...
