i finally installed cells and got the prisoner intake count down to start, so i saved it but when i opened it again it had rewound the time to 12 pm the previous day and turned off the prisoner intake making me wait til 8am the next day to restart the prisoner intake count down. i tried it again and...

i made my prison with continuous intake off. i put in everything i need, holding cell showers canteen and kitchen ect but it still says max prisoners 0
help please

do you have to have beds to get the prisoners to come, without continuous intake of course

i did that before, but the generator still turned off, i only added the other generator after the power went off

they are, is it a glitch?

the power keeps turning off, i turn on the generators, but it turns off within seconds. i also installed 2 more generators but nothing changed
