Re: [Suggestion] Allow single electricity grid
Especially when having to reroute cables it becomes a massive pita to deal with the current split power system. When I put in the electric chair and expanded my max sec afterwards, I had to tear up a ridiculous amount of cables just to move them 2 squares to split the grid and have enough power for ...

Re: my cooks either need to be fired, or promoted.
Check that you have enough sinks, enough cooks to do the dishes, and that all your trays are actually clean at mealtime. If you don't have enough clean trays by mealtime the game will order more trays, and the trays come in stacks of 10 (I believe). IRL you cannot get the trays 1 at a time, you have...

Re: [Suggestion] Sexuality need
Afaik the concept of conjugal visits is strictly an American thing, and pretty sure I heard them say on TV once that it doesn't actually exist. And like Xander said, this has been brought up several times before and nothing constructive ever came of those discussions. But nevertheless, it's not some...

Re: [Suggestion] Skipping through prisoners with complaints
I also think they really should put in some more explanation for what objects helps fix the complaints, like most other games have. As the game's UI is now, with an estimated half a year left to release, I can't help but wonder how someone who hasn't played the game for the past 2+ years, and hasn't...

Re: Why are my prisoners so dumb?
All my classes are set for the first working hour in one of my two work time slots, which puts them right after eat or freetime depending on what colour shirt they wear. I used to have 2 hour eat blocks 3 times a day, but I found it better to have 1 hour eat and 1 free instead, but it doesn't seem t...

Re: General Education qualification
I can't get anyone to pass either. I've got 6 classrooms with 3 foundation running in the morning work shift and 3 general running in the afternoon shift, and neither use the same classroom, just in case it was bugging out. I had 6 of each class running at one point, but it's so expensive running th...

Re: [suggestion] CI´s
Think you'd need to drastically reduce how fast suspicion goes up to do this, otherwise you wouldn't have a CI for very long. But with dogs and metal detectors my prisoners already get searched fairly often. I don't really use the CI system at all except to find the specials and legendaries. I like ...

Re: Parole Rooms and Security Levels
The only thing I've been able to fix in regards to them using specific parole rooms, was making the death row appeals be in the room next to death row. But it required going through all the parole rooms in my programs list to figure out which room was the one I wanted, and then manually schedule the...

Re: Resolution bug? Can't play game at all
Wonder if it's an sli issue? I'm running dual evga 780ti's and asus rog swift @ 1440p on win 10 preview, so there's plenty to go wrong.... As I say though rolling back to 347.88 solved it, but as to why it solved it I'm clueless lol. You don't use the SLI for PA, though, and if it is the SLI, then ...

Re: Is there a way to prioritise a task in the job queue?
To the OP, I found that workman respond in queue order until a new order is received. So, it's in order, but last in, first out. ... The workers seem to go out of order when trees need to be chopped down, or exports moved out. I've often had workmen run off from a large building construction to cho...

Re: Second road or road control
In most the world, the military is not allowed to act as law enforcement, simply because it's not their job.
EDIT: Well, not "simply", but it's their job to defend a country, not to start a civil war.

Re: Prisoner decisions and path finding
Pathing problems get worse the more prisoners you have, at the same pace as the framerate slowly crawls downwards towards single digits. As far as I can tell from looking at what the nearly 1000 people in my prison does (prisoners+staff), then everything is about the object you build first. If someo...

Re: Make Execution room not valid path in everyday activies
True. I'd love to be able to designate sections to be block A, block B, etc, like in real prisons. Even the grants tells us to build block A, B, C, D, and E, but there is no way to designate anything as such. Dunno how much that'd hurt the performance with the extra checks, though. But for the sake ...

Re: Second road or road control
Tanks are long-range siege vehicles or anti-tank cannons, depending on model. Not really - we use MBT's now - they are pretty much allrounders - tho given they are exceptional at range - but I could defs see other armoured vehicles being used - APC's with water cannons springs to mind I'll admit, m...
