Yep. Set to shared/general access and the doors are locked open. Prisoners on cleaning detail have no problem getting in.

I've been having the same issue as Stalineoi. High Clothing need, fresh uniforms sitting on the bed, prisoners are ignoring them. Anybody found a workaround for this in A13?

Yeah, or some type of consequence beyond solitary. Right now murder carries no punishment at all, though I suspect that's because the whole death system kinda feels half-baked.

I found that if a laundry basket is blocked, canceling the task and letting it re-initialize sometimes clears it. As for not dropping baskets, no way to do that at present.
