48 hours since my payment was taken and I have no key or response to my email to IV support, will have to raise a PayPal dispute at this rate which seems pretty pathetic for something that should be emailed instantly/automatically.

Add me to the list of people who haven't received their key despite PayPal charge going through fine. Hopefully support will sort it but this is not a great start when you're charging $30. Even small indie companies charging a few dollars manage to send out keys instantly.
