So, PA is a 3D Game in a 2D Perspective?

Being somebody that has had an interest in producing 2D type games with hardware acceleration, which just doesn't happen with todays computers, I find it curious to know that this game is rather flat yet renders with OpenGL. Does this game make it happen by using 2D polygons in the forms of sprites,...

the game BROKEN? Man, did you play alpha 2 before? Now that, my friend, is a broken build. Alpha 8 and forward? Perfect in comparison. Having every prisoner being permanently stuck in handcuffs in one spot is what I consider broken!

Mine is only 53.8 KB. Maybe these logs only started logging in later alpha versions when I stopped playing every day?

After watching the video on here, I am more than excited than ever. I hope that most of what I see in that demo is in Alpha 3, because that sector, riot, door automation, and fog of war will add so much depth and interest to the game. The aspect of managing and losing of control in this game appeals...

What programs are you using for this reverse engineering? W32ASM...MHS? You've got me interested with these findings you've made. I've practiced reverse engineering on Roller Coaster Tycoon before, but lost interest after a while. It was a piece of cake since it was written in ASM, but seeing someon...
