I have free time from 6am to 11am before I feed my inmates and send them to work. All of them wake up when they please and shower on their own, with no need for "Shower" in the regime at all.

You know if you remove the "deliveries" zone, the prisoners will just drive by, never joining your jail, AND you will still receive all your other deliveries... problem solved.
