Great update on the finance part! And thanks for fixing the workshop preference bug... spending thousands of dollars in education and seing prisoners not work got me quite unhappy 8)

This actually happened in my prison! I had a prisoner who had contraband and was release. When he went through the metal detectors at the entrance of the prison, he was detected has having contraband, searched, and locked back in his cell. Even if he was marked as "RELEASED", he wasn't all...
