Tested and confirmed. Only way to stop it is to save, exit game and then restart.

Sentences are the way to go. Especially when you get a ridiculous influx. I had 60 prisoners arrive the other day.

I also think there should be a way to have guards bring in more than one prisoner at a time.

I agree with everything here. Also i think we should be able to do things such as put prisoners to work in our facilities. I know a lot of prisons have prisoners work in laundry and the kitchens a lot of the time etc. Also as has been mentioned in other suggestion threads, we need to have prisoners ...
