I noticed a prisoner walking through a "staff only" zone while there was a fire raging... Is this because fear/panic overrides the zoning, or because the zone disappears when the room is incomplete (partially ruined by fire)?

I'm currently running a prison with ~100 prisoners and 25ish staff... I earn enough from the daily founds to make a new 8-man cellblock every day. Daily riots, a lot of repairs every day, redirecting manpower, moving guards... Whatever you do, don't hire doctors. I have like 70 prisoners who need me...

Hi I was trying to report an incident, and I got an "Application error #401". I went back, tried again with adding some more information, same error, tried again and another 401 error. I then opened the page again, and noticed I had posted the bug three times. I'm really sorry about that

What I've figured out here is that either a worker is stuck and you have to fire him or you have already fired the worker and the jobs he had doesn't get rescheduled.
Dismantle the materials, and it will sort itself out

I don't know if this is interesting, but today I demolished a wall of my prison (11x1 opening), and either the guards or prisoners would use it. All my kitchen doors and cantina doors is replaced by metal detectors. Every 8-cell wing has it's own metal detector. I rarely have any problems with weapons or other items :)

When you get that error, there's a worker stuck somewhere or the materials are stuck somewhere (because a worker who was sacked carried them) The only reason why you get "no route" is because the stuck worker has been assigned the job and he can't get to it. Sack the worker and pick up any...
