No matter what, every game should end in chaos and failure of your prison. The best you can do is delay the slow road to an overcrowded, understaffed, and over budget mess. Its one of the core concepts that make this more than just SimPrison.

This topic has been mentioned in other threads before, I believe the devs also stated that "jobs for prisoners" was something they planned on looking at.

How about a map planner. Something like this only you can draw everything in to plan layouts before committing to foundations and such.

I've also experienced games where prisoners roll right through "staff only" doors, without any staff near. Havn't found a way to reverse the bug yet. So far it seems like if one door bugs they are all bugged, but cant confirm that.

Given that you can in fact still place the large pipe after the building by way of wall removal/replacement, there really is no reason to prevent players from laying large pipe automatically under building walls. They should either choose to a) Prevent players from laying large pipe under buildings ...

A TV in almost every cell? Must be white collar criminals, no wonder you don't have many problems.

Seconded! I can certainly see the benefit in that. A simpler solution might be some sort of "Architect Tool" that would allow you to mark the map up for planning purposes. That's essentially what "designating a room" currently does :p We just want the option to do it for buildin...

When you add lines down for power (running them off the generator) and into a room you will provide power to lights (and I think) objects that are within a certain distance. Its pretty clear [graphically] when you have powered all, or a portion of a room. If say only half the room is powered than ju...

[Suggestion] conjugal visits and other visitors

I imagine IV is all ready planning it, would be crazy to leave it out. Could even use it as a reward type system to pacify prisoners and improve moods. Additionally, you've gotta have rooms designated for visiting. I'm picturing the classic talking via phone through a glass wall type scenario. This ...
