Any method would be fine as long as it's dedicated to the task. Mantis would be fine. Trac is fine too. I'd vote for mantis if you've got experience with it.

It probably has to do that when they complete their jobs they just look for the closest job they can find and do that one. I'd say i like it seeing groups of janitors work in my prison.

Re: [Bug] Crash on start up

I was able to play the game for a few hours yesterday but when I quit the game and tried to restart it just hangs on a black screen until eventually a window pops up saying the program has stopped responding. After I quit I did move the game files. could that have caused the problem? I tried moving...

Then quite frankly they should wait until the game is released. It's counter productive to knowingly buy a game, TEST the alpha, then complain that the alpha isn't a game. And by that I'm not saying don't give feedback, I mean to say people shouldn't be sharpening pitchforks and soaking torches bec...

That is a dangerous line to follow really...and is exactly why testing the alpha has such a high price point...when too many people come to play the game instead of test it then you get a large fan base of people complaining...not people helping. A dangerous line? Why? Of course it will bring peopl...

Well i think it's a fine line to be walked. As a developer what are you going to do? Implement all kind of new features to move forward to a feature complete game or work on improving / balancing / bug-fixing to keep the people who are currently players happy and make sure the current build is stre...

Lots of people are saying they want a limit and/or adjustment on prisoner intake. I for one am voting very strongly *against* this. This is an alpha, release number one. Clearly they will adjust prisoner intake in the future, and for now there are workarounds. Personally I think it is much better f...

Glitch - a bug that doesn't appear very often or very shortly. It is more likely a placeholder that IVco forgot to change when they implemented the CCTV objects, than an actual bug. If it was changing looks from one to the other at times it would be a true bug. glitch/gliCH/ Noun: A sudden, usually...

Re: [Suggestion] Camera Controls in all their permutations

As a veteran gamer I've been exposed to a number of control schemes, some which have felt more right to me than others, however there is no one right answer- there are a number of good answers which an excellent developer would make optional and selectable. At this point in development, I'd say it'...

What he probably was trying to say is that the icon was put there on purpose. That way it isn't a glitch but work as designed. Just not finished yet. It's probably no use to report these little unfinished things as they are most likely well known by the developer :-).

I personally find it a lot easier to find bugs in a good tracker than in a forum. Also the developer can assign a status to a bug so that the users don't have to scan an entire thread for it. How good you find something you're looking for really depends on how good you look for it. A bug would be a...

I'm all for this - Not only would it potentially help to keep duplicates from happning (to an extent), I find that highly dubious. If you can't be arsed to check the forum, chances are you just can't be arsed to check. Just the fact that this thread exists proves that. It doesn't matter if you look...

There are some features more needed and you complain about not self unloading trucks - lol :D Whatever - I'm not complaining either. It was a suggestion and from a coding point of view, it's a given. Why are lightbulbs getting delivered as they currently do? It makes no sense, and the object/job co...
