Yes you do. Make sure the two circuits don't touch or they will trip. Also, make sure your capacitors are all turned on. They have to be manually turned on after the power trips.

Nope. Sounds like you should play with continuous intake turned off. It's a totally different game this way.

Don't use the demolish tool. Just put an indoor floor tile such as concrete flooring over the walls. Problem solved.

You'll have to download the new version yourself from the wiki.

As for coping with bugs, this is an alpha and bug fixing is not the priotiy - something which was made abundantly clear in the promo video for the game. In short, deal with it 8)
