Got the same issue: Assertion failed 'index < m_arraySize && index >=0' c:\development\defcon\contrib\systemiv\lib\tosser\darray.cpp line number 201 Running Steam 1.61 under Windows 7 Ultimate. Happens everytime with the tutorial and randomly in the main game (usually near the end of a round).
