i was going to start with skyrim. but it doesnt have alot of water so i made it an island to not totally land-lock certain countries. i was hoping to do a tamriel as well but apparently the modsuite is not uploaded anymore. does someone have it available somewhere else?

i have been working on a skyrim map and im not sure how to mod the above....as well as "international" ATM i cant open any of the DAT files in \earth: says unknown format or damaged when i tried with winrar can someone tell me what these are for and how i edit them i quess i could google i...
