Well, I tried (windows machine) with the Steam or the "standard" Multiwinia version, and my friend was running the Linux port (tar.gz). If I hosted a multi-player game, he got a warning about incompatibility, and I got the same warning when he hosted a game. So basically, I think there is ...

[multi-play] Cross-platform?

Is there a possibility to play with someone using the linux port while I'm playing on Windows?

There is an incompatibility with servers.

Is this due to version number difference (1.3.1 on Linux, 1.3.0 on Windows)?
