Well... I don't have the proof of purchase, because this DevCD is very old... i found it yesterday at home... ...I Think it's my brothers CD... but my brother died last year in an car accident... :( ...Rest in peace... Okay... if I can't get the dev forum access without the proof of purchase... Well...
