I remember reading about a Defcon release on the DS sometime ago; last I checked, they were looking for a publisher, where does the project stand as on now? Is it cancelled?

I keep on reading about these world-destroying bots that are being developed, as well as competitions pitting the various bots against eachother; I was wondering, are any of these bots available for download and can they be integrated into the game?

I am attempting to play the Defcon Demo, the only problem is that the game runs insanely slow and laggy; the mouse is extremely delayed and the game stutters about... This is as soon as I launch the game. My specs are: Windows 7 32x Nvidia Geforce 6150 GPU AMD Athlon Dual Core 2.50ghz 3 gigs of Ram

I recently stumbled upon the announcement topic of Defcon DS, and I was wondering where it stands as of now, It's already August, and nothing has surfaced about the release... Is Defcon DS dead?
