for the first 10 secs off some sp games i play the game play is fast and i think i usally cause sync errors... what does it all mean? what do i upload?

my specs are like yours:
nvida 5500 fx
512 mb ram

i also get choppy menus. when i press back it lags or like 2 secs with looping sounds.

i feel like im a sync bug guy. everytime i join a server it gets that error and i feel its my fault. i have the error logs and junk. should i post them somewhere?
