OMG! OMG! It worked! The driver modding went beautifully. All I did was download Driver Haven's Mod Tool for Vista (http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool.php), and the ATI Catalyst 8.9 driver for 32-bit Vista desktops. Then I unzipped the drivers, ran the mod tool on them to convert to notebook driver...

I already didn't believe LiveUpdate and went straight to both the ASUS and ATI websites. ASUS didn't have a newer graphics card device driver for me and ATI didn't even have the Mobility Radeon x1700 listed. It goes straight from x1600 to x1800.

Game menu runs extremly choppy

Game menu runs extremly choppy and the game itself won't run at all. As soon as I can get it to go into a game it will crash and say MultiwiniaSupport.exe has stopped working.
