I was thinking it needed a line up function like a ruler to ensure you lined up entrances buildings etc, but this idea would work much better.

Late to the party here but can I just say how great your site is :) Totally bought me back into the game. Who created the addin - the only aspect I would like to see improved is ability to join a game from it - although I suspect that is game problem as opposed to the addin. When I previously played...

Ability to invite players in from xfire or steam

I've been playing Left 4 Dead recently and the invite player to game function is a real boon for getting friends into the game.

Can we have it implemented for Steam MW? I'm sure xfire has a version as well which would also be useful.

Since the Steam overlay got implemented I never used Xfire since - it does pretty much the same stuff but better, and I don't play many online multiplayer games that aren't on Steam anyways. But I usually still play games windowed so I can alt-tab to IRC easily, hurrah! Steam's functionality for ga...

The game has been out for -- what? -- a month? I highly doubt that anyone (aside from the beta testers) has really had the opportunity to play with all of the advanced settings on all of the maps yet (or even in all of the game modes). Master everything there is to know about Multiwinia, then start...

Why can't they just make the demo MP i.e the scenarios in the demo that are currently SP make them MP as well. Tals It didn't turn out so well in Defcon (as stated in previous posts) and they are implementing that LAN function, and I think that's a good compromise. I don't see what is wrong with us...

To help you with this, we’re working on modifying the current Multiwinia demo so that demo users can join a LAN game, so long as the host owns the full game. The purpose behind this is to make it very easy for you to play against your friends who don’t yet own the game, without having to buy more c...

That was my impression, too. There are more restrictions on the Multiwinia demo because the Defcon demo proved to be good enough to be all some people could want. Still, a mechanism of "guest keys" could be useful for spreading the love. Say, every owner of a key could generate a certain ...

While I second the notion that server messages would be great, for your use case, just saying "I'll be back soon, just fetching my coffee" should suffice. Players joining late see the previous chat. I hadn't appretiated that. In which case it's not really needed :( or maybe a :D to the de...

Server Message

Thankyou for adding in the lobby chat - great improvement. Could you have the ability to enter a server message.

eg a message to be displayed when a player joins the lobby. The messages I think would be particularly useful would be afk messages.

Lobby chat will be in the next major patch :) Seriously looking forward to that. Will hopefully make a huge difference and give more life into the game. Great game that it is - should be far more popular that it seems to be :( Tals It probably will be far more popular once we get lobby chat, becaus...
