I don't know how I hadn't found that solution before I had made the initial Post. I'd spent about 3 hours searching forums for a way to get the game running with nothing that seemed to solve my problems. I had a similar problem with Uplink, I tried running under strace, but i still did not get a debug.log created, and still no Uplink.

I have the CD, the readme says to just Unzip the files, and I can play from there. But when I unzip the files, I can't really do anything with them.

Are there more complete install instructions somewhere that I'm missing, because I can't figure it out at all.
