Yea i think i want to install from scratch i think mabe it will solve the proplem i'll insttall the old version and see if it worked fine i'll not batch it to the last version

does uplink have just one folder after install? i found folder of upli nk in /usr/local/games is this the only folder of uplink? no other folder or files somewhere else? then if i delete this folder is this save uninstall?

i have builtin vga s3prosavag on p4 256 mb of ram and OS kubuntu 7.10 Gutsy first time i run it it worked but once i closed it it didnt worked again just the black screen and sound. i installed it on windows it has no proplems on same Pc

i tried everything windowed and safemode nochange

what about the bug i have it just start in black screen i see the curser and hear the sound but nothing else

hi i have the same problem i also have kubuntu 7.10 it runs one time great but next time just black screen the sound is good and i can see curser i dont knot what to do.

aqtually i wasnt refuse any i take all missions first take all missions with diffcult 2 then take difficult 3 and so on.

sometimes when i reach difficule 6 or 7 u found missions with low difficult like 2 or 3 i take these missions when i want more money to upgrade soft or hard or gateway

i downloaded fbi mod and apply it on 1.54 but i have a proplems i cannt switch between programs. i like to open several programs with uplink it was easy before fbi. i think its an old one and doesnt work with 1.54. so is there any mod work with this version of uplink??? please
