Do prisoners who kill a guard also get the Cop Killer reputation?

I like the idea, but you want to be careful to avoid tipping off the player to an event in progress like a still functional tunnel.

Regarding the intricate knowledge of the prison layout. It is fair to say that they have a lot of time to study and prepare the route, but maybe they should have a bit of the fog of war as well. Intelligence of the prisoner should be taken into account as well.

i don't have played the new alpha version yet but how often (on average) the prisoners will try to escape via tunnel(every day, monthly or random?) Not having played it yet, I can't say for certian, but I would guess it it based on a desire to escape and ability to acquire the necessary contraband....

If a prisoner is digging all night, he isn't sleeping. Is he going to show the effects of sleep deprivation or need extra time for sleep?

No that's not it. I discovered it by accident, but I was able to generate additional funds. I won't post it publicly unless a mod says it's ok.

Not negatively priced gateways, but the effect is similar. Anyway, I concur with the rest of your post.
