Easy. Don't string it all together. It's separate for a reason; each binary string represents an alphabetical character. The first letter is 00000100---->4-----> the letter D. I'd translate the whole thing, but that'd take waaay to long.

ah, that makes sense. i tried it, the mouse seems to 'lock' onto nearby cities, but if you plop a nuke in the middle of say, siberia, you can target empty space.

oh, really? i tried to target some points in between cities, and it kept locking on to the cities, so i figured you could only target cities.

i'm sorry, it's possible to nuke your own cities? also, i'm pretty sure you can't nuke a non-target, that is, empty space. i could be wrong.
