i also have this problem. i'm with virgin media and have an old ntlworld broadband internet. i've tried disabling the firewall, checking its exceptions, re-installed all my drivers and un-installed my virus software.... i can join maybe 3/5 on-line games, but thats all . anyone with virgin had this ...
