Yes, but not very well. If I zoom in fast it immediately zooms back out which renders it (at least for me) useless.

Most of the time I'm playing on my MacBook Pro and can only properly play Defcon with my mouse.
I'd be very happy if you could incorporate the gestures function of the trackpad into the game, for example pinch (or two-finger scroll) to zoom on units.
