I'll chime in even more strongly. I'd be ready to pre-order Subversion with absolutely no additional demands. I can and I love what you're doing. I'd be more than ready throw in 50 bucks as "advance funds" for that game, if that even pays ONE additional hour where Mark doesn't say "OK...

As one of the "vocal ones", I have to thank you for this classy move. As I have my fully paid copy, I promise to start on the multiplayer fun with my workteam on monday's lunch, and I expect a few extra copies of Multiwinia will sell in the following weeks :) Cheers, and thank you for list...

Hi. Very good patch, although I must voice that I'd really like the demo mode to enable Multiplayer, for at least one or two types of games.

Think of DefCon: over the course of a year, I "sold" at least 5 copies of DefCon to my co-workers by having them play with us on the demo...

I did. I searched for "demo multiplayer". Nothing pertinent came up. (now, my post does...)

This was not so much a question as an opinion.

No Multiplayer in Demo?

Hi, DefCon was a huge hit within my work team as the demo allowed you to play the default game normally. I started out with the only full version, and now everyone in the group has their own key, so that we can have fun with further modes (for example, we like Survivor with 3 cities :)) Now Multiwin...

Suggestion: More Statistics

Here are some ideas. Since they're not "ground-breaking", I think that they'd be great additions to a future patch: - Breakdown of casualties/deaths by opponent, so you can develop rivalries against that darned Russian who bombed you good. - The possiblity to know how many "kills"...

I'd see a "limit 1" limitation. So you can never get more DEMO players than "paid" users. That's would be nice.

I'd really be surprised if it violates anything: we are using the software "as provided", so this must be voluntary on IV's part (if not, they'll fix it in the next release for sure). Actually, it's our corporate firewalls that prevent the key from being ACCEPTED. What would be nice though...

No, we have two. But I wonder if we'll be able to play with 3 DEMO if we buy one more.

Are you certain it's two [DEMO] players in the same game? One of them could just be "unknown" (which means the demo limits do not apply) Positive. We have two "UNKNOWN" keys (we don't have network access to get "ACCEPTED"), and two DEMO players. And I can assure you th...

Huh? Then why do we have 2 Demo players playing with 2 "have key" players in our lunch-hour LAN games?!?

Licence-related question

We're working in a video games company. So you can guess what we're doing on lunch hour. :) You can join any multiplayer game, but only if there are no Demo players already playing in that game, and only if the game is using the Default game mode. In other words, only one Demo user may join any one ...

Voice in on friends list. Add "enemies" or "foes", too. I went through a very frustrating and dull game with 5 "4 year-olds" who spent 10 minutes bitching about the speed of the game before ending the game on a whim. Time wasted. Then I found a game with "Jason&qu...
