I dont think you understand the true meaning of the word plagarism, it doesnt matter if the work in question is a fact or not, it has to do with the WORD FOR WORD copying of someone elses work. if i understand it correctly, they are allowed to use wikipedia information freely as long as they let others use the information they got from wikipedia freely.

plagiarism: Using ideas, plots, text and other intellectual property developed by someone else while claiming it is your original work. it has nothing to do with the authenticity of the work in question, i orinally posted because there is no reference to wikipedia in the credits.
