I think Introversion's intentions are good, but it is unfortunate that the beta testing slots are balanced as they are. I don't say this because I believe they should have a brand new batch of testers and throw away all the ones from the past that they have worked with, but rather because it is dif...

I'd just like to add to this post by saying, Macs are hilariously bad, and have a bewilderingly dedicated fanbase. I mean, if I had one I'd use it for a couple things I suppose, but it has to hurt knowing you spent about 1/3rd more for a machine you could have gotten non-Mac to do just the same thin...

First thing you should do is ask your friend if he has a home network setup. If he does this means he is probably using a router. Routers tend to block all incoming packets through ports except for very commonly used ones. This makes hosting a game impossible unless you go into the routers settings ...

WetWorks, there's a reason why signatures are disabled in this part of the Introversion forums so please don't abuse your ability to post images in order to create a signature effect. Siberian, did we play together with Ignorant, Keich and that guy who got owned as Europe? If that was you, then I'd definately enjoy playing again together sometime. I've met some really nice people playing this game so far. A big relief from other online games. If not, I'm interested in this group ...

Re: Humble apologies in advance...
Twice today, I have been playing a decent 6v6 game of Defcon, and twice my router has decided it is a pile of shit and stopped working. I apologise deeply to those who may have been affected. I think I know why your router was getting overloaded... Yeah, I wonder where he got the 12 player mod. ;)
