Xfce seems to be not compatible with the LokiSetup-MenuEntry-creator.. Do you have the same problem with other LokiInstaller? I didn't choose to install the menu entries, so I didn't test it. LokiSetup doesn't install Xfce menu entries from my experience but I prefer running via the terminal anyway...
