How can it not be a bug, if you try to write a file with a name that is in use by a directory already? ;) Ah yes, I think I'd call that an 'issue' :). If the user's home folder is the [default] target for the defcon directory and the symlink then these will conflict, or the user chooses the same di...

Why are you creating a symbolic link -named defcon- in /home/user after an installation to /home/user/defcon ? It's only logical this fails ;) On my system Loki Setup creates links in ~/.local/bin when installing locally. It selects this directory by default. I'd say the directories it offers in th...

Unfortunately you also can't change screen modes on-the-fly. You have to restart Defcon first. Sad but true :( I found something interesting: running the demo fullscreen with Firefox not running in the background, if I attempt to connect to a demo restricted server a message box pops up. One of the...

Xfce seems to be not compatible with the LokiSetup-MenuEntry-creator.. Do you have the same problem with other LokiInstaller? I didn't choose to install the menu entries, so I didn't test it. LokiSetup doesn't install Xfce menu entries from my experience but I prefer running via the terminal anyway...

Strange. I get taken to /opt/defcon/defcon-v1.42/lib/[website_buy] in Konqueror. That actual address, which of course doesn't exist. (obviously I've installed defcon in /opt/defcon :) ) Haha, interesting :D Ok then, I know why it's happening. In Firefox, if you type something in the address bar it'...

What is the weird website then? :? http://www.thelabelman.com/website_buy.php There's a script called open-www.sh in the defcon lib folder. Possibly it is this script that is being executed when pressing the Buy Now button. It attempts to open one of the many browsers available on Linux. It opens a...

Re: Panic Key doesn't work?
I was testing out office mode (wanted to see what the tray icon looked like on linux), but it looks like the panic key doesn't work? Is this the case under Linux or do I have something misconfigured? There's no universal system tray on Linux. I'm using Xfce for example, somebody else will be runnin...
