Its easy enough to learn after a few games. Leaving things to be figured out through trail and error are nice.

The game plays just fine on a "flat" map. No need to change it. Well, missile arcs in the southern hemisphere aren't exactly fair... if I'm launching nukes from Lima to Johannesburg, there's no way in the world they should get intercepted by Europe. Missile arcs are fair. Stop trying to p...

wait a sec, I brought up the red button recently and I didnt mean it as a 'shoot as fast as you can push' kind of thing. It was more the idea of aiming just as you do when you launch now but they only launch after the certain button is pushed. I figure that you puch it once and it begins the lauch ...

Or, intead of increasing their range or decreasing the turn radius, thus unbalancing the game, you could learn to adjust and take into account the large turn radius/range.

The issue isn't that the game needs to be changed. You just need more practice.

Re: please quickly add SCRAMBLE and PATROL ABILITY

Throwing planes in a random direction would be wasteful. If you don't pay attention to your launch direction and actaully think before using your planes your just asking to lose. The scramble idea is no good. Patrol's aren't any good because your plane would crash from running out of fuel too quickl...

That would be the case only if you didn't have to place silos in certain territories to guard vital cities. Sometimes you have to place them far enough north that they are going to arc into several territories. Either that, or seriously risk (or guarantee) losing when you leave that huge city compl...

use radar placement so your silo's will launch sooner for cairo. A silo at cairo will mostly likely just get wasted by bombers from europe and/russia/asia really fast anyways. But if you heavily defend cairo with silos, what about your south territories? A sub could wipe out millions down there. Or ...

Also, bombers seem to head to the nearest landing place. So, if you want to move bombers while they are landed, launch them to a patrol point right next to the airfield you want them to land at. This has worked pretty well for me in the past. Not 100% sure if it always works, but i think so.

Re: Bomber Nuke Managment

Bombers will return to their point of launch. Their point of launch can be empty of additional nukes, and there can be other air fields or carriers that carry nukes. Right-clicking on a bomber, and then clicking on a carrier or air field does not do anything. I suggest that there be an option to se...

silo placement can compensate for arc'ing through territories you don't want them too.

The problem with southern cities seems to be aviodable by building your silos more to the south. africa to south america can avoid europe AA by building in the south west for example.

Instead of trying to screw with the game, just learn how to scout as intended. There is nothing wrong with how scouting works in this game. Why try to make it easier? Its hard because knowing the enemy's placements makes him far easier to beat. But really, the game is just fine. Scouting is an impor...
