It's rude to expect people to continue playing a game they have no chance of winning and are not having fun playing.

Writing comments tailored for Doxygen in C++ (and C and Java, though Java also has Javadoc) is a good way to practice writing good comments.

Effective C++, 3rd Edition, ISBN 0321334876, while not a good beginner's book, is excellent once you have progressed beyond the beginner stage. I think the book that I cut my C++ teeth on was Problem Solving with C++: The Object of Programming, ISBN 0321412699 (6th edition). I think I used an earlie...

You are incorrect. Capit a l refers to the city (in addition to the other, unrelated meanings of capital). Capit o l refers only to the building, and has no other meaning. Washington DC is the capital of the United States. United States Representatives and Senators meet in the Capitol Building.

Right now the only options seem to be Cairo, that suburb of Cairo, and Tehran. Maybe Addis Ababa depending on who winds up in control of Ethiopia. /d...

I think that it should be [BG], because, as I said in the other thread, the person running the server promises that it'll be "ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin' alive, stayin' alive". It also plays on the "disco" theme.
