I tried to edit the gameoptions.txt so that the default setting for territories was random, this only seemed to affect me however since I was the only one who couldn't choose territory.

Question regarding graphics not covered by the style editor

Hello, Is there any way to change the border around the map in the lobby? There's nothing in the style editor that covers this. I also wonder if you can change the box background in the fleet selection menu. The border in question: http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/4726/lobbyuh7.png Box background:...

Graphical glitch in the Russian territory zone.

I've noticed a graphical glitch in the Russian Territory file just where the map loops.

Here's an image to illustrate what I mean:

I know battleships kill surfaced subs with very well (50% kill chance per shot?). But doesn't the fact that you have to wait until they surface gieve you a disadvatage?

I've started using nukes on fleets, have at least two bombers ready at all times, whenever you notice someone closing in put your bombers on SRBM mode and click it wher eyou predict your opponents ship will be. I've been on the recieving end of this strategy and I can tell you that it is quite effec...

I never mix my fleets. In theory, the best fleet is one consisting entirely of single ship units but that's not really pracital unless you intend to play the game in real time. My comproze consist of 2x3 of battleships per side + 1x3 subs in support, with them I place 2x single carriers in sub-decti...
