Its the unpredictability of human players that puts them above the CPU. You never know what other people are going to do. Also, did it occur to you that perhaps NA percieved SA as an easier target and hoped that they could gain enough points to surpass Europe?

Games should also be recorded (enabled automatically, with the option to save or discard at the end of the game), so players can watch it and see if their opponent was targetting units they shouldn't be seeing or unsubtley moving all their bombers to your invisible subs, and send those replays to a...

Mobius- Some of the things you cited don't necessarily mean your opponent was cheating. The battleships taking out your fleet, the bombers ready to take out your subs, or the nukes not making it through his defenses don't indicate cheating, just good luck and and intelligent use of bomber patrols. H...

You'd need to rotate the image by 180 degrees, not just flip it vertically. To get the cities to continue working, you'll need to flip both x and y values for the cities. Otherwise, you'll have an odd mirrorworld. although an odd mirror world might be fun to play on too. either way, I like the upsi...

As for naval, any nuke medium besides bombers, may nuke fleets, the reason bombers cant, is because it is within their natural instincts to use "Naval Attack" mode.. Isn't this a bug? I tried to launch a nuke from a bomber on some enemy ships who where conveniently clustered (could take o...

Yeah, they probably should change this, but I think they have their hands full with more important things at the moment. There are more than a few people waiting for their boxed copies, and the first patch is nearing release.

However, an /ignore command in the chat window would be nice :) xander This, and it would be nice to somehow block people from requesting to join my alliance. Some players abuse this feature in an attempt to distract or annoy me if I pissed them off with a nasty backstab or slowed the game for a mo...

Richt-click indeed. The only complication is that both a left-click (targeting) and a right-click (navigation) set a red target marker. So, by looking at the map, it's impossible to determine whether a bomber is navigating to the marker or about to fire a nuke at it. I would have expected to see bl...

I did this once in a 6 player game. It wasn't anything that I did though, my allies decided to stick by me and my enemies tried but never managed to reach me with their nukes. I was South America, allied with North America and Africa. After I posted this I later realized that some of my population ...
