12:15 and counting! I have had my watch on a timer for 11:45 hours! Can't wait!

As you all have noted, the clock on the website appears to be an hour off. As a member of the -8 timezone, I have daylight savings, so would that mean I am -7? Meaning instead of getting the game at 10 am, I get it at 11? :( I sure hope not. But that might be a reason for the weird clock. Anyway, ca...

Ok, you almost answered my question (although I had read the FAQ and was just checking that that was right.) What I want to know is will the boxed version be just a back up of the download, or can I give it to a friend and we will both be able to play?

I think i'll do steam. Cheaper and a backup in case my computer dies AGAIN :x Just a quick question. Will I have access to IV and Steam servers if I do that? Also, if I get the IV version, Is the boxed version a backup of the download, or could I give it to a friend so I could nuke him too? :twisted:

I have been wondering about that as well. I think it might be like you can start to bombard cities and bomb with bombers on Defcon 2. Just speculation though.

I realize I'm a bit late to the party, but still wanted to throw in my 2 cens woth. The reason that grounds units like tat wouldn't work s that Defcon operates on such a fast, and huge, scale. Armies take days to take a city, or move. You have hours. And who the heck would care abut long range stuff...
