I'm trying to install MS Visual Studio 2005 Express Edition but it keeps saying installation cancelled because MS net 2.0 won't download. Any Ideas

I've got the Dev CD but no software to run it on but do you think it would be worthwhile doing extra law mods or not i would rather find out what people want rather than what i think people want did i just say that?
