By the way, I played many games against Europe 1 vs 1 and was able to take out almost every silo just with my subs and bombers. After that I had an easy job nuking his cities with my silos.
So why shouldn't that be possible for more than one player with Europe and Russia?

OK, this thread is a few days old, but I want to add some suggestions to it. I didn't proof, if Spacemonkey is right and all actions are already stored in a txt-file during the game. That gameplay information is stored is for sure as my computer replays all the game when I connect to a started game....

Why would you want to save your games? They don't last that long. And if you don't have enough time just play "Speed Defcon".

Rather than saving games I would like to save replays ingame.

I can confirm that as I had the same problem once. I "solved" it by sending the bomber to a place out of combat range and switched to my actual target just when I wanted my bomber to launch its nuke.
