Not everyone in our country agrees with every action our government takes or every decision our "President" makes. Of course. However, I didn't say that everyone did or not; just noted the current state of law in the US. NeoThermic I know. I was only pointing that out because I know there...

Most of the stuff that I have seen them color code are things like P/S 2 and parallel ports, which Macs haven't had for years. To my knowledge, Macs have never really used PS/2 or parallel. Macs have used 9-pin serial for most of the things that PCs used parallel for, and ADB (Apple Desktop Bus) fo...

NeoThermic PC manufacturers haven't exactly standar...

Yeah, we have a GDL scheme in WV. At 15 you can get a learner's permit so you can drive with your parents in the front seat. Once you've turned 16 and either logged 30 hours behind the wheel or taken Driver's Ed you can get a restricted license-only 2 people under like 18 in the car and can't drive ...

Montyphy wrote: If I remember correctly, Apple do not allow Mac owners to make their own upgrades with components of thier choice. Is that still the case?

On a MacBook all you have to do to upgrade the hard drive and RAM is pop out the battery, unscrew like 3 screws, and lift out a bracket.
