There's no way you can just "turn on/off" with these. I can guarantee you, the current version by Stormchild is as retail as it can get, though you can use more modding features now. I.e. I've remade the Biosphere map so it's... what, 8 different allies versus the white virus? *snickers* L...

While the source code has been released, it isn't possibly to create achievements and implementing them into steam itself. It's possible to create your own set though, but they wont go on steam unless introversion adapts it.

Actually I looked in the code of the rockets, they should technically still be behaving the same way as 1.4.x... However, they just don't for some arbitrary reason. Hmm... I'll have to look at Multiwinia's rocket code to see if there's any differences (which I highly doubt)
