Ah, I see. I thought I'd seen all of them, but obviously not

I was nosing around the .dat archives (I hope the introversion guys don't mind) and most of the patch archive is made up of this audio file, that as far as I can tell isn't used anywhere in the game. Is there a secret mode or minigame that can be unlocked or something?
